PROBLEM: Fabrik, which used to book through Matt, was a no show at our contracted festival on September 10th, 2005. There are a series of apparent lies which hung Matt Rogers on this one. After a long phone conversation with Cujo from the band Fabrik, everything finally made sense. Mr. Rogers lied to Fabrik and to us (Street Level). To who's benefit? We cannot see. Fabrik was shocked to find out the details in the following emails. 

THE BAND?: Fabrik recently fired Matt Rogers of MPABooking due to the shoddy business practices. 

CONCLUSION: Avoid MPA BOOKING. Can't trust them. [READ THE EMAILS]

PROBLEM: Gretchen was scheduled and contracted to play a show in our coffeehouse Friday, March 4th. Two days prior to the show the band Manager cancelled the show. They had a second gig booked in our area, apparently, that fell through so they cancelled ours as well. Verge Booking was very apologetic and attempted to patch up the problem. The Manager of the band, however, felt that it was no big deal and did nothing but get upset at me  when I voiced my frustration with him. 2 days prior to an advertised gig is out of line.

CONCLUSION: Good Sound, good lyrics, can't trust them.
